• Maintain customer interaction records
• Requirements :
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA not eligible)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic MS Office proficiency
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Prior customer service experience is a plus!
