Job Title : Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Location : Bangalore (In-Office)

Experience : 1 - 3 years

Salary Range : ₹6 - 8 LPA

We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
• Monitor performance daily and ensure campaigns are pacing towards goals like ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
• Set up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4).
• Work with creative and brand teams to guide ad creatives, copies, and audience targeting strategies.
• Maintain weekly reporting and performance dashboards.
• Conduct A / B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
