Role : BMS Energy Management with Account Management experience

Location : Gurgaon

About The Role :

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong skills in Enterprise Account Management in areas of Cloud platform, IOT, Energy Management, Building Automation, Analytics services with proven record of managing customer expectations, driving growth and with responsibility of managing existing accounts from both mining and customer satisfaction perspectives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Account Management Responsibilities :

  • Track and drive key KPIs signed up for specific accounts
  • Managing overall account delivery with responsibility of Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Work with the extended delivery teams to get output needed for customer interactions
  • Should be able to identify risks in the program and mitigate the same working with customers and core program team
  • Control material budget and effort of the project team.
  • Reviewing Core Program team (Platform, PMO, Offshore Delivery & EOC teams)
  • L1 / L2 level management of technical aspects that include IOT technology, Analytics, Energy savings measurement and verifications etc.
  • Manage weekly customer meetings with in-depth understanding of analytics, domain specific use cases, new age technology (AI, IoT, Big Data, 5- 7 years' experience in business development and account management in enterprise clients in areas of Cloud platform, IOT, Energy Management, Building Automation, Analytics services
  • Should have hands-on experience of Customer Relationship Management
  • Should have worked with customers' key stakeholders at different levels in the organization and understand stakeholder mapping
  • Should have delivered complex multi-site projects
  • Candidates should have experience in working on IOT / Data Analytics program that involves a cloud hosted platform.
  • Good understanding of key aspects related to the value proposition - connectivity, integration to platform, Data Analytics M&V etc.
  • Should be able to interact with the client to convey all aspects related to the solution.
  • Experience of Project Costing, tangible and non-tangible benefit estimation, saving quantification and ROI calculations.
  • Experience in engaging at CXO / Leadership levels
