Team Lead - Delivery Management

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Delivery / Team Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple portfolios including web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive delivery excellence, and partner with global clients, particularly across Europe and Germany.

This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and program management, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Ensure optimal resource planning, capacity management, and skill development for delivery teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Promote knowledge sharing, technical best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs including mobile, web, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, budgets, and delivery SLAs.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve delivery challenges proactively.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for program visibility and client communication.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Enterprise Java technologies : Spring, JEE, Quarkus.
• Exposure to TypeScript, Python, or Go for cross-stack understanding.
• Guide adoption of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Terraform), and CI / CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
• Promote Agile delivery frameworks, DevOps culture, and modern engineering practices.
• Partner with European / German clients, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Conduct status reviews, steering meetings, and technical workshops with stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.
• Leverage experience in BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing domains to provide context-aware solutions.
• Contribute to digital transformation strategies, platform modernization, and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide inputs to proposal creation, solutioning, and thought leadership initiatives.
