As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI / CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Required Technical and Professional Experience :

7+ years of hands-on experience in Java Fullstack software development and architecture.

3+ yrs of experience in java script / typescript

Expert-level skills in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

3+ yrs Strong front-end development experience with Angular or React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / TypeScript.

Deep understanding of SQL Server : schema design, performance tuning, stored procedures, security, and replication.

Proficient in Azure Cloud Services including Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Azure Storage, and monitoring tools.

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS).

Experience with CI / CD, Git, Jenkins / Azure DevOps pipelines.

Solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Event-driven, Domain-driven Design).

Familiarity with API security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).

Architect end-to-end solutions using Java and modern full stack technologies.

Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.

Lead architecture reviews and enforce best practices for application performance, security, and scalability.

Manage Azure infrastructure services (App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, etc.) for application deployment and scaling.

Perform SQL Server database design, optimization, backup & recovery, and troubleshooting.

Ensure CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices are in place using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with business goals.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks for continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate).

Experience in data migration and legacy system modernization projects.

Background in regulated environments (e.g., finance, Insurance) is a plus.
