Junior Accountant assists with financial record-keeping, reporting, and analysis under the supervision of a senior accountant or accounting manager. They perform tasks like data entry, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Key Responsibilities :
Recording and summarizing financial transactions :
This includes posting journal entries, maintaining general ledgers, and updating financial statements.
Preparing financial reports :
This involves creating balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Managing accounts payable and receivable :
This includes processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
Assisting with audits :
