ABOUT THE COMPANY

Duville Estates is a real estate company that was formed in 2010. Duville Estates is backed by the ‘Dubash’ family who commenced business operations in 1810, over two centuries ago whose business interests were primarily centered around shipping. Over the last several decades, there has been a diversification into other businesses. One of the more recent ones has been the investment in land. Riverdale, a 31 acre micro township was launched in 2015. Since then, Riverdale Heights was launched in 2016, followed by Riverdale Residences in 2017 and Riverdale Suites in 2018. The next phase of residential development involved the launch of Riverdale Grove in 2021 and then Riverdale Grand in 2022. Duville Estates will be launching additional residential projects in FY 25-26.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Have a strategic bent of mind – Constantly monitoring & thinking of new trends and ideas to reference from both the industry and outside of the industry
• Be the SPOC for managing the internal operational traffic between departments within the company
• Complete responsibility for keeping track of all vendor payments and invoices being raised for various marketing tasks
• Will be the SPOC for follow-up and maintaining timelines and TAT on agency deliverables
• Be an integral part in the Marketing Manager to successfully executing various marketing initiatives
• Work in tandem with the Marketing Manager to support the various customer engagement initiatives
• Support the Marketing Manager for desk & field research across competitive projects
• Assisting other marketing team members in marketing related activities
