Job Title : Regional Sales Manager – Western Region Experience : 5–8 Years Industry : FMCG (Food & Beverages preferred) Working Days : 6 Days a Week Job Description : We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion across the Western Region. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone with 5–8 years of strong sales experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in food and beverages, with hands-on expertise in both General Trade and Modern Trade. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow sales across the Western region through General and Modern Trade channels
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners
- Build strong market presence through direct customer interactions and field visits
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development
- Regularly report sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership Requirements :
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector (food & beverages preferred)
- Proven expertise in General Trade and Modern Trade
- Deep understanding of the Western Indian market dynamics
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
