Territory Sales Manager

Flo Mattress is expanding its retail and general trade network across India. We are seeking an experienced field-sales professional with strong channel-building capability and a proven record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors
• Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹25 lakh and above
• Ensure product visibility, secondary sales, and in-store display execution
• Drive repeat orders and maintain long-term retailer partnerships
• Conduct territory mapping, market visits, and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
• Support retail promotions and brand visibility initiatives
