Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead our quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC) function across all projects. The role involves developing and implementing quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001 : 2015), and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system across all project sites
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 and client-specific quality standards
• Lead the QA / QC team and oversee quality inspections, audits, and reports
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain quality deliverables
• Review project documents (method statements, ITPs, checklists) and approve quality submissions
• Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks to enforce quality culture
• Identify non-conformities and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of findings
• Monitor subcontractor performance from a quality standpoint
• Prepare monthly quality reports and submit to management and clients
