Scooty Trainer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Scooty Trainer to join our team and provide training to individuals who wish to become proficient in operating scooties. As a Scooty Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions on safety, basic maintenance, and operation of scooties to individuals with different skill levels. You will also be responsible for designing training modules, assessing the trainee's progress, and providing feedback to help them improve their skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting training sessions on safety, basic maintenance, and operation of scooties.
• Designing training modules and materials for trainees of different skill levels.
• Assessing the trainee's progress and providing feedback to improve their skills.
• Providing advice and guidance to trainees on safety measures while operating scooties.
• Organizing training schedules and coordinating with trainees to ensure they attend training sessions.
• Monitoring the performance of trainees during practical training sessions and providing corrective feedback as needed.
• Conducting refresher training sessions for trainees who require additional support.
• Maintaining records of trainee progress, attendance, and feedback.
