Position : AI Trainer
We are hiring for our client who is a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, with a strong founding team from IITs, NITs, and BITS. They specialize in LLM model development, delivering high-quality human-curated data.
What you’ll do?
- Help train and fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific data and analytics- No prior AI / ML knowledge required.
- Evaluate model performance and provide feedback for iterative improvements.
- Support the training of an AI assistant model to enhance its accuracy and performance.
- Maintain high standards of speed and precision while assessing the model's responses.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights that improve data quality and training processes.
