Job Purpose Statement
Devise and execute cost-effective zonal / area office level marketing strategies based on market, segment and product needs and understand local market dynamics in order to support the achievement of sales targets. Build awareness / preference amongst customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute a monthly ‘Above the Line’ (ATL) marketing plan to aid the sales team to achieve their monthly retail target
Market research- Knowing the customer
Market study – Trends / Sales promotions
DGP (Dealer group promotion) budget evaluation
Marketing Channels available
Best fit marketing plan
2. Plan and assist to execute tactical ‘Below the Line’(BTL) plan in coordination with area offices and look for opportunities including business alliances to create buzz on the ground to help sales team to get enquiries
Concept brainstorming
Agency selection
Support in building product strategies and communication of the same
3. Manage and monitor various agencies (Media, Media buy-in, creative, event management) to create, assist, execute and monitor various marketing elements and campaigns effectively and diligently
Coordinate with HO brands team
Timely DGP Claim Settlement
Maintain healthy PR
Create / Edit / Suggest visuals for branding
4. Supporting GTM of new products
Smooth launch at channel partners
Monitor initial product performance for days
5. Monitor impact of various ATL and BTL initiatives to understand market response and take timely actions
