Duration of the Position

Three Years

Fellowship / Monthly Compensation

• Rs. 37,000 / - pm in First & Second years
• Rs. 42,000 / - pm in 3rd year upon upgradation.

The candidate will be appointed on an annual basis. The extension would be based on the performance of the candidate and is co-terminus with the project duration.

Essential Qualifications

B.S. 4 years programme / B.Pharm. / MBBS / Integrated BS-MS / MSc / BE / BTech or equivalent degree, with 55 PERCENT marks and passing of NET / GATE test and currently with scores within the validity period of the respective tests.

Desirable Qualifications

Candidates with the essential qualification and hands-on experience in mice handling and histology, microscopy and immunology are encouraged to apply. In addition, candidates having studied papers in any branch of neuroscience and immunology would be preferred.

Age Limit

28 Years

The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Tribes / OBC, Women and physically handicapped candidates.
