Job Description

Job Summary :

We are hiring Store Keepers / Store In-charges for our building construction projects across Chandauli, Mahoba, and Amethi (Uttar Pradesh). The role involves managing site-level inventory, material handling, documentation, and coordination with the project team. Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain proper inventory of construction materials, tools, and consumables at the site store
• Receive, inspect, and record inward materials as per purchase orders
• Issue materials to engineers and supervisors based on authorized indent
• Update stock registers and maintain daily issue / receipt logs (manual and / or digital)
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safety of materials stored
• Coordinate with purchase and logistics teams for material requirements and timely delivery
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items.
• Assist with periodic audits, scrap tracking, and disposal processes
• Ensure documentation and filing of all GRNs, DCs, and site-level purchase bills
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the store premises

Manage the day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring project timelines, quality, and safety standards are strictly adhered to. Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to plan construction activities efficiently. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and budget compliance, taking corrective actions as needed. Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and safety norms on-site. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Supervise material procurement and inventory management at the site. Mentor and guide project engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
