Senior Test Automation Engineer - API Testing

We're looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who specializes in RESTful API testing to join our Bangalore-based product team. In this role, you will be a critical contributor to our test infrastructure and CI / CD automation, ensuring our backend systems are robust, secure, and :

• Design and implement automated tests for REST APIs, with a focus on scalability and reusability.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Java (preferred) or Python.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to identify test scenarios and integrate tests into CI pipelines.
• Drive the adoption of quality best practices, including contract testing and mocking strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation test coverage.
• Bonus) Lead or contribute to performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter or K6
