About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management. This is a field-based role, best suited for individuals who enjoy meeting clients, building connections, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business leads across assigned territories
  • Qualify potential prospects and uncover growth opportunities
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements :

  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience in business development or B2B field sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with frequent field work and client visits
  • Educational Qualification : Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
