Responsibilities :

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and non tech roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closures.

Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture and job requirements.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in recruitment.

Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
