About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Travel Consultant (Sales)
who will be responsible for handling daily incoming leads, connecting with potential travellers, understanding their requirements, and providing customized holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on
daily leads
received through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Connect with travellers and understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
Design and share customized
domestic & international holiday packages
and quotations.
Provide expert guidance regarding destinations, hotels, sightseeing, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate bookings of flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and travel insurance.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
Close deals by effective negotiation and delivering excellent service.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in travel sales (preferred).
Good knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels & itineraries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and passion for travel industry.
