SCOPE OF WORK
This role will focus on enhancing the International Sales function through robust financial planning, analysis, and compliance support related to global business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for global markets
- Identify new business opportunities in international regions
- Assist in go-to-market strategies and international expansion plans
2. Global Sales & Business Development
Support regional sales teams with market entry strategies and client engagementPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses3. Financial Planning, Analysis, Control & Forex Management
Monitor receivables and implement credit control mechanisms to ensure timely collections and reduce exposure to bad debts.Support pricing decisions by analyzing cost structures and profit margins in various marketsMonitor foreign exchange trends and assess their impact on profitabilityPrepare MIS reports for international operations4. Cross-border Coordination
Act as a liaison between headquarters and international offices / clientsCoordinate with global teams for execution of projects, marketing campaigns, and reportingFacilitate virtual meetings and follow-ups with overseas stakeholders5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to trade compliance policies (export-import regulations, sanctions, etc.)Stay updated on international business laws, tax regimes, and documentation requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
MBA – International Business0-2 years relevant work experienceStrong analytical skills with a sound understanding of financial modellingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial toolsKnowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and forex transactionsExcellent communication skills, especially in coordinating with international stakeholdersExperience working in global businesses will be an added advantage
