Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and manage overall HR activities. Responsibilities include recruitment, coordinating employee development programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and nurturing a positive work environment to foster employee satisfaction and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between management and faculty, ensuring a positive and productive school environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies development

Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience of minimum 3 years

Prior experience in an educational institution is an advantage
