Job description

Job Title : Sales & Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote offerings and close sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service targets.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in sales and / or customer service (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).
