About VOIS India : Role Specific :

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

• Must have good knowledge on AS400 system Operations & Administrator experience.
• Good Knowledge on DB2
• Working knowledge of CL (control language), AS400 commands. And good working knowledge of job types like : autostart,prestart,communication and batch jobs .
• Good to have Knowledge on RPG and IBM mainframe.
• Experience in creating the user profile and provide access.
• Understanding of ITIL framework, Defect Management / Ticketing tool (JIRA / BMC REMEDY).
• Accountable for coordination with different stakeholders towards closure of reported issue.
