Responsibilities
- Develop Social Media brand strategy for the clients designated
- Present the Social Media brand strategy to get client sign off
- Develop content strategy - annually, quarterly and monthly - with the content team that aligns with the social media brand strategy and digital communications objectives of the clients.
- Build the content plan based on the content strategy
- Guide and work with the content and creative teams to deliver client briefs and monthly content strategy
- Work on new ideas of content development and presentation on social media channels
- Ensure brand consistency by complying with client brand guidelines and internal hygiene standards of Thoughtcom
- Reporting : Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually reporting and campaign reports
- Vendor management across digital marketing activities like paid media, website & app development and live amplification
- Billing and follow-ups
- Collaborate with other verticals and brainstorm on proactive ideation to upsell, cross-sell other offerings of Thoughtcom
Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English skillsProven work experience of at least 5 years in a client servicing role for social media marketing for large brands. Experience in automotive sector will be an added advantageVerifiable experience with MS Office toolsProcess-driven approach and time management skillsGraduate / Post Graduate degree in MarketingAbout Thoughtcom
