Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and publish 3–5 posts per week across Instagram, , Facebook, and Pinterest
- Develop and edit short-form videos and Reels using trending audio, captions, and effects
- Design engaging and visually appealing content using Canva or similar tools
- Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and social-first copy
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build community and foster engagement
- Proactively engage with followers, target audience accounts, and relevant hashtags
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each platform
- Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
- Draft and send regular newsletters and promotional emails using Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar tools
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or related rolesStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, , and Pinterest algorithm and audience engagement strategiesProficient in video editing (mobile or desktop tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva Video)Excellent writing and communication skillsFamiliarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Flodesk, etc.)
Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneouslyBasic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting toolsShift-US shift
