About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned IT Recruiting Manager with over 15 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams, designing and executing high-performing recruiting strategies, and delivering top-tier IT talent across a wide range of technical roles.
This leadership role requires someone who can build and scale recruiting operations, define KPIs and performance metrics, and consistently meet aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end IT recruiting function, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technical talent.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Define and implement recruitment KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Develop data-driven hiring strategies to meet organizational talent needs aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technical hiring managers, and HR to forecast and prioritize hiring needs.
- Optimize sourcing strategies including job boards, Recruiter, employee referrals, diversity channels, and niche platforms.
- Own the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring professionalism, speed, and engagement throughout.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate recruiting contracts, and ensure ROI from external partners.
- Implement ATS (Applicant Tracking System) best practices and automation to streamline processes.
- Analyze market trends, compensation benchmarks, and pipeline health reports to inform strategic hiring decisions.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in IT recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.Demonstrated success in scaling technical teams across diverse domains including software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, and infrastructure.Proven expertise in building recruiting KPIs and performance dashboards.Strong understanding of technical skill sets, industry standards, and compensation structures.Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS platform and sourcing tools like Recruiter, Dice, and GitHub.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for State, federal, enterprise, and startup clients.Background in IT staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environments.Strong analytical mindset and experience using recruitment analytics to drive performance.
