Associate Senior Associate-Advisory & Consulting

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelors degree required preferably in Business Finance Real Estate or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in consulting & advisory (non-transaction)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends
• Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Strong research and report writing abilities
