Role Overview :
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating and executing social media strategies, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality campaigns. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to drive engagement and achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on all social media projects.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective social media strategies.
- Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with design, content, and paid media teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Manage client expectations and handle feedback with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or clients.Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
