Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Report Developer to join our team for an on-premise Oracle R12 implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing custom reports using Oracle reporting tools, strong PL / SQL programming skills, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop RDF Reports, BI Publisher Templates, and Custom Data Extracts.
Collaborate with module-specific teams such as Finance, SCM, and HRMS to understand reporting

needs and deliver scalable solutions.

Develop and maintain optimized PL / SQL code to support backend reporting logic.

Ensure report accuracy, performance, and adherence to project timelines.

Participate in technical design reviews and provide inputs for performance tuning and best practices.

Must Have Skills :

Proven expertise in Oracle Reporting Tools (RDF, BI Publisher, XML Publisher).

Strong PL / SQL programming skills with the ability to write efficient, maintainable code.

Hands-on experience with Oracle R12 On-Premise Implementation projects.

Ability to work across multiple Oracle EBS modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with performance tuning of reports and SQL queries.

Exposure to workflow and concurrent program setups in Oracle EBS.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role.
