About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage key HR generalist functions, including performance appraisal, training & development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and be able to implement initiatives that enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and organizing performance appraisal forms and documentation. Help schedule performance review meetings and maintain related records
• Assist in organizing in-house training sessions, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Support in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and cultural events. Help circulate engagement survey forms and assist in compiling responses.
• Maintain up-to-date employee files (physical and digital).
• Support the day-to-day operation of HRMS (attendance, leave tracking, data updates).
• Generate routine reports (e.g., monthly attendance or leave summaries) as needed.
• Help disseminate wellness-related communication or organize wellness drives (e.g., yoga sessions, awareness talks).
• Maintain records of EHS policy acknowledgements and coordinate related training sessions.
• Assist in compliance checks (e.g., fire drill attendance, safety policy updates).
• Coordinate exit processes including clearance forms, ID card return, and final documentation.
• Schedule and record exit interviews as per guidelines.
• Track basic trends in exits and report to senior HR team.
• Handle routine employee queries regarding leave, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure timely communication of HR notices, updates, and circulars.
• Assist in organizing HR files, forms, and documentation for audits or internal use.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority
