Position : Marketing Activation Executive / Manager
Department : Marketing / Brand / Communications
Reporting To : (Marketing Manager / Head – Marketing)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground and digital marketing activation campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
- Conceptualize and manage BTL / ATL / TTL activations , including events, mall activations, site activations, roadshows and corporate engagements
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, branding, procurement) and external partners (agencies, vendors, printers, performers)
- Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing activities — from planning to implementation and reporting
- Track campaign performance and share activation reports and recommendations
- Manage budgets, POs, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution
- Ensure all brand communication follows brand guidelines
- Support product launches, festive campaigns, and community initiatives
