Creative Producer — Fiction & Micro-Drama Content

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead fiction-led micro-drama content—from script vetting to shoot oversight to vendor management. This role ensures narrative strength, efficient execution, and consistent creative quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and refine scripts for short-form fiction and creator-led dramas.
• Collaborate with writers and directors to elevate narrative structure and performance.
• Oversee pre-production, shoots, and post-production across multiple projects.
• Manage production vendors, crews, studios, casting, and post partners.
• Build a strong vendor ecosystem for cinematography, art, sound, edit, and colour.
• Ensure all deliverables meet creative, budget, and timeline expectations.
