Job Summary :

We are looking for an Application Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business requirements. You will work closely with your team to develop innovative, high-performing solutions and ensure seamless integration and performance of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor
Actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to technical and functional challenges
Support the documentation of application processes, configurations, and workflows
Participate in the testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of applications
Stay current with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices through continuous learning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application integration and performance

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have :

Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor

Solid understanding of application development methodologies

Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems

Familiarity with user interface (UI) design principles and best practices

Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills

Additional Information :

This position is based in Bengaluru

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor

A 15 years full-time education is mandatory
