Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Developer with deep experience in Azure DevOps , GitHub Enterprise , and CI / CD migration projects . The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of GitHub Copilot and AI-powered development workflows. You will be responsible for designing, building, and modernizing DevOps pipelines, enabling engineering teams with secure automation and accelerating delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions

Lead or support DevOps migration projects , including :

Azure DevOps ⇄ GitHub Enterprise

On-prem TFS migrations

Repos, pipelines, artifacts, and permissions

Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

Configure and manage GitHub Enterprise environments (repos, runners, policies, integrations)

Champion adoption of GitHub Copilot , and assist teams in AI-powered development best practices

Ensure secure DevOps practices (Secrets scanning, SAST / DAST integrations, audit trails)

Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to streamline SDLC automation

Contribute to the creation of templates, documentation, and governance frameworks

Required Skills & Experience :

6+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or software development

Hands-on with Azure DevOps Services , Azure Repos , Pipelines , Artifacts

Deep understanding of GitHub Enterprise features , including Actions, Advanced Security, and API usage

Proven experience with DevOps migrations (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, TFS)

Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates)

Familiarity with GitHub Copilot , and an understanding of its capabilities and limitations

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft or GitHub certifications (AZ-400, GitHub Foundations / Administrator)

Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban)

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Ability to drive change and promote DevOps culture
