Job description

What You'll Do :

  • Microsoft Exchange Online Management : Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online (EXO) environments, including mail flow (Message Tracking, Queues, Delivery Reports), and ensure optimal email service delivery.
  • Hybrid Exchange Environments : Work with Exchange Hybrid setups, assisting with migration and coexistence strategies.
  • PowerShell Automation : Leverage PowerShell proficiency for administration, automation tasks, user management, reporting, and efficient issue resolution across the M365 suite.
  • Email Security & Compliance : Configure and troubleshoot email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), manage Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and implement anti-spam / anti-malware configurations.
  • Outlook Client Support : Provide expert troubleshooting for Outlook client issues, including profile management, OST / PST handling, and Autodiscover problems.
  • Azure AD & Office 365 Integration : Manage Azure AD and Office 365 integration, including experience with Conditional Access Policies.
  • M365 Suite Administration : Demonstrate strong knowledge and administrative experience across the M365 suite of applications, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Teams Administration : Administer Microsoft Teams, including managing meeting and messaging policies, and actively monitoring call quality to ensure a premium user experience.
  • Device & App Management : Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune for effective device and application management.
  • Security & Compliance Center : Work with the M365 Security & Compliance Center and Office 365 Security tools (DLP, ATP, AIP) to enforce organizational policies.
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Employ strong troubleshooting skills, using tools like Service Health and Message Trace, to swiftly resolve escalated support tickets and effectively liaise with Microsoft support when necessary.

What We're Looking For : :

  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 environments.
  • Technical Proficiency :

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange Online (EXO) and mail flow troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Exchange Hybrid environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell for administration and automation.
  • Understanding of email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and EOP.
  • Experience with Outlook client troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Azure AD and Office 365 integration.
  • Knowledge of compliance features (retention policies, litigation hold, eDiscovery).
  • Strong knowledge of the M365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Conditional Access Policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Teams administration, policies, and call quality monitoring.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune.
  • Familiarity with M365 Security & Compliance Center and Office 365 Security tools (DLP, ATP,
  • AIP).

    Problem-Solving :

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including experience with Service Health and Message Trace tools.
