Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires working during US business hours (Night Shift IST) .

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1- 1.5 years of experience in US IT recruitment .

Strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone) . Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates from various online channels

Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit.

Negotiate salary, benefits, and work status with candidates.

Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up throughout the interview process.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Build relationships with consultants and continuously engage for new opportunities.

Meet or exceed weekly / monthly hiring goals.
