We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer with over 8 years of expertise in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on Agentic AI. This role demands a deep understanding of AI systems architecture, model development, and autonomous agents capable of intelligent, real-time decision-making. As a senior member of the team, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing to high-impact initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of advanced Agentic AI systems.
• Build and deploy autonomous agents capable of adaptive and context-aware Provide technical leadership in Python-based AI development and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks and methodologies.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.
• Drive best practices in AI / ML development, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation and technical specifications.
• Stay current with AI research and emerging technologies to guide innovation.
