Job Title : Lead Motion Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Lead Motion Graphic Designer who can craft and execute short-form digital ads from script to completion. This role combines technical mastery in motion design, a strong storytelling and comedic sensibility, and hands-on experience with AI video generation tools. You’ll be responsible for turning concepts into visually engaging, high-impact content that stops the doomscroll and wins consumer love.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execution Excellence : Translate video scripts into high-quality, engaging videos.
• Motion Design : Apply advanced skills such as rotoscoping, masking, tracking, and text animation

to create visually polished compositions.
