Job description4+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting. Strong understanding of Zoho CRM customization, automation, and reporting. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and SQL. Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer). Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Engineer Zoho Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization
of business applications using the Zoho suite. You will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring
junior developers and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and customization of Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.).
- Architect and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations using Deluge and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing Zoho implementations for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, analytics tools).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data governance.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for all customizations.
