Qualification : Any Diploma Holders with min 1 years of experience in similar role.

Job Location : Vadodara

PURPOSE OF POSITION :

NPD and EOL setup development

Pneumatic and electrical Panel development and Fixture Procurement activity to

develop DVP setup and EOL setup

Job Responsibility : Pneumatic Systems

Would typically involve tasks related to the design, installation, maintenance, and

troubleshooting of pneumatic equipment. This could include activities like diagnosing

system malfunctions, repairing or replacing components, and ensuring proper system

performance and safety.

Installation, Maintenance and Repair :

Installation : Installing and commissioning new pneumatic systems according to technical

specifications and project requirements.

System Design : Collaborating with engineers to design and implement pneumatic solutions for specific applications.

Piping and Tubing : Working with piping and tubing, ensuring proper connections, leak-free

seals, and adherence to industry standards

Troubleshooting : Diagnosing and resolving issues within pneumatic systems, including

identifying and replacing faulty components like valves, cylinders, and regulators.

Repair : Performing repairs on pneumatic components, including cleaning, adjusting, and

replacing seals or other worn parts.

Maintenance : implementing preventative maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity and

efficiency of pneumatic systems.

Inspection : Conducting regular inspections of pneumatic systems and components to identify

potential problems before they escalate

Control Panel :

Installation, maintenance, and repair : Install, maintain, and repair control panels, ensuring optimal functionality.

Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within control panels and electrical systems.

Panel construction : Build electrical panels, including power distribution and control circuits.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Testing : Test and troubleshoot panel wiring and functionality.

Fixture Assembly job :

Reading and Interpreting Drawings : Proficiently reading and interpreting engineering drawings,

specifications, and blueprints to understand the fixture& design and construction.

Assembling Parts : Accurately assembling components according to instructions, using hand

tools or machinery, to create a complete fixture.

Quality Control : Inspecting and verifying that the fixture meets quality standards, ensuring

accuracy and proper fit.

Problem Solving : Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the assembly process,

such as material inconsistencies or incorrect dimensions.

Following Procedures : Adhering to established manufacturing procedures, safety protocols, and

quality control standards.
