Role :

As an Accountant, you’ll manage the full spectrum of internal financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, compliant GST and TDS filings, and smooth invoicing and payment processes. You’ll oversee vendor payments, client billing, and employee reimbursements while maintaining clean, audit-ready records. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of day-to-day finance, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely financial reporting to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including sales, purchases, journal entries, bank entries, and ledger posting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, ensuring timely reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, GST, etc.)

Handle complete GST compliance and ensure timely GST payments, tracking input tax credit, and addressing notices or queries

Prepare client invoices accurately and share them on time; track payments and maintain ageing reports

Manage vendor payments including verification of bills, creating and matching with POs / agreements, and ensuring timely disbursal

Oversee employee reimbursement processes—verification of claims, policy adherence, and timely payout

Handle petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and settlement

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities—provisions, accruals, depreciation, expense allocation, etc.

Assist in preparing MIS reports, financial summaries, and management dashboards as needed

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of accounting information

Ensure all statutory compliance related to TDS—including monthly payments and quarterly returns

Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records for internal and statutory audits

Review and strengthen internal accounting controls and processes

Work closely with external auditors, consultants, and management for financial and compliance matters

Pre requisites :

4–6 years of proven experience as an Accountant, managing a broad spectrum of internal finance and accounting operations

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting tools

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities
