Job Title : Senior Java Developer (banking )

Location : Pune, : Imperative Business Ventures Ltd.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team for an exciting banking project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, with a strong focus on security and database management. This position requires immediate joining and involves working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Automation : Design, develop, and automate infrastructure software / tools for the banking process.
Problem Solving : Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues with application programs.
Technical Specifications : Translate functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure solutions are technically sound.
Code Quality : Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables through code reviews and adherence to coding best practices.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and provide technical guidance to agile development teams.
Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for reference.
Version Control : Manage all software development under version control and release management.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience as a Java Skills :

Proficiency in Java programming language.

Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, including Spring Security, Spring Boot, and MVC.

Experience with Hibernate for ORM.

Familiarity with RESTful API development.

Proficient in Oracle DB for database management.

Knowledge of Logstash, Kibana, and Elasticsearch for logging and monitoring.

Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).

Understanding of security / access control principles.

Additional Information :

Immediate joiners preferred.

This position is onsite in Mumbai, working directly with clients.
