Client Servicing Associate

Job Summary :

The FIX Operations position is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting electronic trading connections for clients using the Financial Information Exchange (FIX) protocol. Responsibilities include configuring new / existing connections and troubleshooting issues with clients and brokers on connectivity. This role requires knowledge of financial products, strong technical knowledge of the FIX Protocol, and client-facing skills to ensure smooth and efficient trading operations.

Responsibilities :

• Discuss with clients and brokers to set up new FIX connections.
• Communicate with client counterparties and serve as an escalation point as needed.
• Work on products and algo certification projects related to FIX setups.
• Certify new brokers to ensure they meet performance and technical standards.
• Manage the migration of existing connections from older systems to newer ones.
• Accurate and timely reporting of project status on JIRA.
• Provide day-to-day support on broker connections and second-line support on FIX connectivity.
