Role Overview

The Junior Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day floor operations at the ripening and dispatch facility during assigned shifts (day or night). The role demands strong on-ground supervision, familiarity with the banana ripening process, and hands-on coordination with labor, logistics, and quality teams.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the other shift lead to ensure seamless 24×7 operations, maintaining Fresh Platter’s standards for efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities 1. Ripening Operations

• Manage the banana ripening process for assigned chambers, including loading, dosing, temperature, humidity, and ventilation cycles.
• Monitor ripening stages (pre-cool, dosing, venting, and post-ripe storage) and ensure accurate process execution as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain chamber-wise logs for temperature, humidity, ethylene concentration, and ripening duration.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely calibration and upkeep of sensors and equipment.
