Job descriptionFamiliarity with US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.). - Understanding of IT technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Science, AI / ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, and Networking. - Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed. Strong communication & negotiation skills. - Ability to handle high-volume recruiting and meet tight deadlines. - Expertise in building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates. - Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring regulations.
We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team at Signature IT World Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various IT requirements and a solid understanding of the US hiring process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for our clients across the United States.

Location : Sector 63 Noida (Onsite)
Shift Timing : 6 : 30 PM - 3 : 30 AM (IST)
Position Type : Full-Time
Experience Required : 2 to 4 Years
Experience :
- 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (staffing agencies). - Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. - Experience working with Implementation & Direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms.
