About the Role

As the National Sales Manager – Tractor , you’ll be responsible for :

• Developing & executing the national sales strategy for tractor loans
• Driving disbursements through DSA, OEM, and dealer channels
• Leading and mentoring zonal, regional, and area sales managers
• Expanding geographic reach and onboarding new distribution partners
• Partnering with tractor OEMs, dealers, and agri influencers
• Ensuring portfolio quality with strong compliance and minimal NPAs
