Demand Planner

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Demand Planner to join our EMEA Lubricants Supply Chain team in Krakw for 18 months fixed term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Shells business growth by developing accurate demand forecasts and optimizing supply chain capabilities.

As a Demand Planner, you will collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams and play a key role in shaping our planning processes. This role offers excellent exposure to commercial operations and opportunities for personal development within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop unconstrained demand forecasts at SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) level using statistical models and market insights.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment.
• Manage portfolio changes in planning systems in a timely manner.
• Participate in production capacity assessment meetings.
• Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance demand signal quality and customer satisfaction.
