About the Role : We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager with 7–10 years of experience—someone who combines strong product management instincts with hands-on project management execution. Whether you’re a seasoned Project Manager who’s evolved into product ownership… Or a Product Manager who’s led complex delivery and execution… This role needs both mindsets : customer-first product vision and reliable project delivery control. You’ll sit at the crucial intersection of business strategy, product design, engineering execution, and client communication.

What You’ll Do : Define and own product vision, scope, and roadmaps in collaboration with founders and engineering leads Translate business and user needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and sprint goals Lead and manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, project timelines, and release management Drive delivery execution : proactively remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure sprint goals are met Collaborate closely with designers to shape UX flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes Balance product priorities with technical feasibility and resource availability Track KPIs, OKRs, and product health metrics post-release Lead stakeholder updates with crisp, proactive, no-fluff communication Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and LLM-based product analytics for faster, smarter execution Contribute to risk management, change management, and post-release retrospectives

What Makes You a Great Fit : 7–10 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or engineering program management Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and lean delivery practices Proven experience translating product vision into detailed execution plans Comfortable interfacing with founders, investors, designers, and engineers—owning both business conversations and technical discussions Hands-on experience with backlog management tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.) Solid technical foundation—you’ve either coded in the past or worked closely with engineering teams on architecture and system design decisions Bonus : Exposure to early-stage startup environments or consulting for product-driven companies Bonus : Familiarity with AI / ML products or LLM APIs
