Who We're Looking For
A technology‑driven professional who will own the design, development, and support of our highly‑scalable telecom‑domain automation platform. You will work side‑by‑side with a tight‑knit, high‑performing engineering team and collaborate closely with US‑based Project SMEs and product managers. The role demands strong Automation Anywhere expertise, solid Java development skills, deep experience with Oracle databases, and hands‑on API design & integration experience. Familiarity with Spring Boot and Apache Camel is required for secondary tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Java, Oracle, and REST / SOAP APIs in an Agile environment.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable API services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and integration routes (Spring Boot, Camel).
- Implement and document assigned work items per project schedule, delivering clean, well‑tested code and comprehensive unit tests.
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives to deliver business‑performance solutions, leveraging Spring, Spring Boot, and Camel where appropriate.
- Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using Jenkins / Groovy scripts and containerization (Docker) when applicable.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Skill Set (Primary)
Automation Anywhere - Advanced level with 3+ years experience in RPA design, development, and bot lifecycle managementJava / J2EE - Advanced level with 3+ years experience in core Java, concurrency, and streamsOracle - Advanced level with 3+ years experience in SQL, PL / SQL, performance tuning, and schema designAPI Development & Integration - Mandatory 3+ years experience with REST, SOAP, OpenAPI / Swagger, JSON, XML, and securityAgile / Scrum - Practical experience with Sprint planning, story grooming, and retrospectivesCI / CD - Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Groovy pipelinesVersion Control - Proficient in GitSecondary Skill Set (Nice-to-Have)
Spring Boot / Spring Framework - Working knowledge of IOC, MVC, Data JPA, and JDBCApache Camel - Working knowledge of routing and EIP patternsDocker / Containerization - Familiar with containerization conceptsTelecom domain knowledge - Advantageous experience with number porting and provisioningMessage Queues - Familiar with ActiveMQ and JMSRPA tools - Plus to have experience with UiPath or Blue PrismWeb-Service Security - Familiar with WS-Security, OAuth2, and JWTImpact You'll Make
