We partner with hiring managers to build high-quality pipelines, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience through efficient sourcing and screening workflows.

We are hiring an on-site, entry-level Talent Acquisition Associate (Junior Recruiter) to join our India recruitment team and support full-cycle hiring across multiple technical and non-technical roles.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), Boolean search, and internal talent pools.
• Screen resumes and conduct shortlisting calls to assess fit against role requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; manage feedback loops and next-step communications.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely status changes and documentation.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding logistics in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
• Assist with employer branding activities, campus outreach, and talent pipelining projects as needed.
